Common Sewer Line Problems We Fix
Trenchless technology can correct many underground pipe issues, including:
- Cracked, corroded, or collapsed pipes
- Offsets and joint separations
- Infiltration from tree roots
- Leaking joints causing soil erosion
- Outdated materials (clay, cast iron, Orangeburg)
Trenchless Methods We Offer
CIPP Lining (Cured-In-Place Pipe): We install a resin-saturated liner inside the existing pipe and cure it to form a seamless new pipe within the old one. Ideal for lengthwise cracks, corrosion, and minor offsets.
Pipe Bursting: When a pipe is severely damaged or undersized, we pull a bursting head through the line to break the old pipe while simultaneously installing a new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe in its place.
Spot (Sectional) Repairs: For isolated defects, we can install short liners to reinforce just the damaged area – saving time and budget.
Our Process
- Assessment & Camera Inspection: We locate the issue and map your line.
- Cleaning & Prep: Hydro jetting or mechanical cleaning to clear debris and roots.
- Trenchless Repair: Lining, bursting, or sectional repair based on your needs.
- Post-Repair Verification: Final camera pass to confirm proper flow and workmanship.
